Six Sigma for Professionals

The Lean Six Sigma Program increases your employability in Project scenarios as you apply Lean to maximize customer value and minimizing waste; create more value for customers with less wasted resources. Six-Sigma is the on-going effort to continually reduce process and product variation through a defined project approach. With this course you will be able to train anyone in your company on the proper techniques for value stream mapping including identifying waste, whether it be a transactional process, manufacturing issue, medical procedure, or personnel issue. The program has two phases: Lean Principles and methodologies Six Sigma Principles and the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Implement, and Control) Methodology.
